Are you ready to take charge of your life and your time, get crystal clear on your goals, and transform your mindset? This 5-week program is designed to guide you through proven strategies for setting and achieving your goals with confidence and clarity. Through structured activities, group support, and powerful accountability, you’ll leave this program with a clear path toward your dreams, no matter how big or how small.
Weekly Live Group Coaching Sessions: Stay on track with expert-led, heart centered guidance. Sessions held weekly from 7:00 pm to 8:45 pm.
SMART Goals Framework: Learn the fundamentals of how to set goals you’ll actually achieve.
Worksheets and Deep Reflection Activities: Gain insights into your habits and true priorities. Some between session “homework”.
Weekly Accountability Check-ins: Keep moving forward with support and accountability and weekly SMART goal reviews.
Community Support: Join a group of like-minded individuals all on the same journey of getting unstuck. Group messaging support (optional).

What the heck is a Messy Transition anyway?
Oh, you know - It's that awkward middle phase where you’re not quite where you were, but definitely not where you want to be—kind of like when you’re all dressed but wearing slippers, holding a coffee, and trying to remember where you left your keys… then you start questioning all your life choices. Yeah, it’s that.
Who is this program for?
Participants in the Messy Transitions group coaching program are likely dealing with a variety of challenges or pain points that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unmotivated.

1. Feeling Stuck or Directionless - Are you feeling uncertain about your next steps? It’s normal to feel lost in your personal or professional life. Sometimes we are just unsure of what direction to take or how to move forward. This usually stems from having a lack of clarity on our goals. Vague or unformed goals will always leave us unable to progress or stay motivated.
2. Limiting Beliefs and Self-Doubt - Self-doubt or imposter syndrome are nasty little suckers that hold us back from pursuing opportunities or stepping out of our comfort zones. They bring on fear of failure, making mountains out of mistakes, which can keep us stuck in our current situation and unable to take action.
3. Poor Organization and Time Management - Are you feeling disorganized? Are you lacking structured plans? If you are feeling scattered and disorganized, unsure of how to manage your time or set up effective routines, Messy Transitions is for you. Without a structured approach to achieving you goals, you will feel overwhelmed by the scope of your ambitions and unsure where exactly to start.
4. Misalignment with Core Values - When we feel disconnected from our true desires, there may be a misalignment with our core personal values. Some of us don’t even know what our core values are! And that’s OK. But if you don’t fully understand what you truly want, or if you are pursuing goals based on external pressures then you are probably on a path that leads to frustration and feeling unfulfilled.
5. Difficulty Reflecting and Moving Forward - When we avoid deep reflection it becomes difficult to engage in any type of self-reflection, preventing us from understanding what's truly holding us back or what we truly want. When we go deep, we confront our fears and begin to break through them. Fear prevents us from taking necessary risks, whether that's leaving a job, pursuing a passion, or making those small incremental changes that will ultimately move us forward.
6. Lack of Accountability and Community - Sometimes when we have big dream or even small goal, we don’t feel supported by those closest to us so we try to go it alone. Without someone to check in or provide support, we may lose focus or fall behind on our goals. When we feel isolated or unsupported in our transitions, then we have to seek out a network of people who understand what we’re going through, who can support us and offer guidance.
